December-2011	Prashanth Avutula, Programmar Analyst	Prashanth Avutula, as a contractor completed over 1 year with us and our financial client, has always tried his best to add value to our client\'s needs having worked overtime weekdays and weekends a no:of times.
November-2011	Hussair Kaja, Programmar Analyst, Yagnaum	Hussair has been working with comittment and adding tremendous value at the client site by putting in a lot of extra hours .
October-2011	Sukanaya Malhotra, HR Manager	Sukanya contributed this month by completing a number of strategic HR and admin tasks.
September-2011	Gopinath Kokkonda, Managing Director , Yagnaum	Gopinath added tremendous value to Yagnaum by contributing through his hard work, positive attitude, dedication and giving his full time and not taking days off inspite of having personal issues.
August-2011	Hussair Kaja, Programmar Analyst, Yagnaum	Hussair added tremendous value at the client site, by addressing critical code problems, and needless to say, picked up on his new role with a lightening pace.
July-2011	Syed Salman, Lead Resource Manager	Syed contributed this month by leading the no: of resume submissions and getting a closure, also have managed his work priorities amazingly well.
June-2011	Ali Khizar, Resource Manager	Ali contributed to the team through his positive attitude and dedication. He has helped increase the activity levels of the recruting team and has always been on time or earlier to meetings.
May-2011	Sukanya Malhotra, HR Manager	Sukanya contributed this month by completing a no: of strategic and tangible HR and admin tasks, including those which didn’t fall under her purview. She also organized the office and coordinated a lunch/get together.
April-2011	Ajaz Uddin, Resource Manager	Ajaz Uddin, Recently joined Yagnaum in the last few months. Ajaz contributed thru his hard work, positive attitude and dedication to completing his assigned task. He has helped increase the activity levels of his team and is a teamplayer with a constant desire to learn and contribute.
March-2011	Syed Salman, Sr. Resource Manager	Syed contributed this month by leading the no: of resume submissions to cater to our clients needs, also have managed his work priorities amazingly well inspite of being in midst of his wedding.
